‘Nomadic Sun’
A molten yolk cracks open
Bolts of brushed light dance
Land, sky, water ablaze.
This collection of abstract landscapes is my evolving, visual travel journal. Each destination has provoked a distinct stroke and palette from my brush. Stripping each scene down to a dominant, visceral emotion. Reflecting the essence of each journey traveled. I’ve taken elements of impressionism, abstract expressionism, and a pop art to create my own spin to scenic painting. The reoccurring character in each performance is the sun. A nomadic painter of light and shadow.
